June 12-15th, 2022
The stable isotopes laboratory of the Geotop research center is pleased to host the Advances in Stable Isotopes Techniques and Application (ASITA) conference at the Science Faculty of the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) in the heart of downtown Montreal (Canada). This is the 2nd time we are hosting the event which was originally known as the Canadian CF-IRMS workshop.
This conference encourages participants to share their technical experience whether you are using traditional or non-traditional stable isotopes through the use of CF-IRMS, DI-IRMS, laser spectroscopy, ICP-MS, remote sensing, a giant death star laser or any other technique. Application in all disciplines (geology, forensics, archeology, environment, medicine, or any other field) are welcomed. Sharing of non successful techniques are especially useful.
Students are encouraged to present and participate. Once again, this year, the MOIRE ANNE WADLEIGH student prize will be awarded to the best student presentation.
The registration fees include, thanks to our multiple sponsors, attendance to the conference, free coffee breaks & lunches during the conference, free icebreaker and a free banquet evening.
